What about the PhD
I hold a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and HR, with research focused on the integration of freelancers into organisations. Pursuing this PhD alongside my career in Product Management has been a passion project, enabling me to bridge academic insights with professional practice.
In my free time, I teach courses on Organisational Behaviour, HR, and Leadership at the ESCP Business School in its Berlin and Madrid campuses.
Connecting the dots
I take great pleasure in connecting the different facets of my career, allowing each to enrich the other. While my diverse profile often surprises others, I believe that passion drives energy and results. My aim is to bring a fresh perspective, combining practical experience and academic knowledge to create pragmatic, innovative solutions that deliver high-impact business outcomes.
