I’m Thomas Gigant, a product management leader and consultant with over a decade of experience driving innovation across diverse industries. In parallel with my professional work, I also serve as a researcher and lecturer specialising in organisational behaviour, leadership, and human resource management.

With over 13 years of experience in product management, I have worked across industries such as EdTech, e-commerce, and FMCG, holding leadership roles and delivering impactful strategies. My expertise extends to consulting C-level executives and guiding digital transformation teams, where I have driven innovation, alignment, and growth.
